With lemongrass, garlic and galangal, its fragrant and has a beautiful bright yellow colour thanks to the turmeric. Thai yellow curry paste is milder than red and green curry pastes, as the main ingredient is garlic rather than chilli. Store in a cool and dry place do not expose to sunlight.
