Antique Victorian 18ct Gold Garnet & Diamond Star Pendant Amethyst The brooch is made fromA beautiful Victorian 18ct gold pendant, converted from an antique stick pin. The round gold pendant features an enamelled star motif embedded with diamonds with a stunning garnet stone at its centre. The pendant features a hooked top with a small gold bale attached and is marked '18' for 18ct gold on the reverse. There is some very light surface wear to the front of the pendant which has been pictured. The pendant remains in good antique condition
